DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs will be added to the order at the checkout. If you have ordered multiple items they will be grouped together and you will only be charged one delivery price.

0-6Kg              £15.00

6-15kg             £20.00

15-25kg           £35.00

Over 25kg       Quoted after Purchase

I aim to despatch the items to you as soon as possible but please note the order may take up to a week to arrive with you in the UK and longer if it is an international delivery.

I use UK based courier services or Royal Mail for delivery, depending on the type and size of item ordered.

Items you ordered will be dispatched within 5 working days. You will receive an email notification.

Covid-19 – In the current situation, all packages will be collected and delivered using a door-to-door courier service. This means social distancing can be maintained.

Please note that customers are responsible for any import charges/duties that may be incurred and must comply with any local regulations.

LOCAL PICK UP

If you have opted for local pick up, please contact me directly at effiegceramics@gmail.com to arrange a time to ensure I can be at the studio to give you your purchase.

PACKAGING

I aim to avoid single-use plastic and new packaging as much as possible, preferring to reuse and recycle materials such as boxes and bubble-wrap. Any newly bought packing material I use is of the environmentally friendly kind.
