Please note that due to the nature of the product, orders cannot be refunded or cancelled once they have been shipped, however if items have been damaged in transit or you are not happy with your purchase please contact me for any return questions at effiegibson@yahoo.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please do not return you order until you have received a response from us via email confirming your return.

All the items listed on the website are handmade and will have unique characteristics reflecting the use of natural materials and the nature of the making process. I take all reasonable care to ensure that the details, descriptions and images of products appearing on the website are accurate. 

If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. The refund will be issued to the original payment method excluding postage costs and international customs fees (if applicable).
