This hand-built collection takes inspiration from both macro and micro sources: the planets of our solar system and the myriad rocky surfaces found here on Earth.

A sandstone wall in my garden has become the primary inspiration for the surfaces of these pots. Its weathered face is alive with colour and texture, from lichens and mineral stains to the marks left by the stonemason’s chisel and the small burrows of mason bees.

These layers of age, erosion and natural intervention are reflected in the surfaces of the vessels. I am drawn to the way geology and time leave their marks on a landscape, creating textures that feel both ancient and otherworldly.
